You pay absolutely nothing. Our fee is collected only at the moment a returning customer redeems their reward — meaning a real person came back, added products to their cart, and completed a purchase they might never have made. No returning customer? No fee. Ever.

Effectively $0 out of pocket. You choose the discount margin you're comfortable offering (e.g., 10%). Our fee lives entirely inside that margin — 90% goes to your customer as their reward, and 10% is our service fee. You're not paying extra; you're splitting what you already budgeted as a retention discount. There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, no per-email charges, and no minimum commitment.

The reward is applied as an automatic discount at Shopify's native checkout. The customer sees a line item like "Your Reward: -$18.00" — no codes to enter, no friction.

Absolutely. You configure the discount percentage, minimum order value, reward validity period, and redemption window. You're in full control of your margins at all times.

If a customer refunds the order that generated a reward, the system automatically recalculates or cancels the reward proportionally. Your margins are always protected.
